Carter Comprehensive Birth provides continuous support during your labor and birth that may include massage, relaxation techniques. Dereka offers a variety of support services personalized for each client. Depending on when you hire her, she may provide advice on everything from nutrition & exercise to developing a birth preferences & picking the right birthing facility. Support, encouragement, explanations, positioning suggestions, partner support, and help with breastfeeding establishment are just some of what Dereka does. There are no additional fees for length of time in labor. 

During your postpartum visit she will listen to your birth story, review your birth, suggest referrals as necessary and answer any questions you may have.
