Dinner Time Doula

Service Description

This is an early evening shift to support the whole family, especially during the peak of the crying curve (around 4-8 weeks after birth). Often babies are the most fussy between 3 and 7 in the evening—when everything seems to hit the fan, dinner gets pushed aside, and hungry and cranky parents can experience their peak of conflict. As you dinnertime doula arrives before dinner prep, either ready to take baby so parents can make dinner, or to help the family by brining a nourishing dinner so the family can enjoy their evening together knowing extra hands are snuggling their baby while they eat. I wrap up my shift by doing the dishes and helping to soothe your baby into a peaceful night routine.
